In 2020, two years ago, a new bus manufacturer entered the market in Klaipeda, Lithuania: Dancer. It builds electric buses that are characterised by a rather unusual look. Its backward-sloping rear end is reminiscent of passenger cars from the 1960s: the Citroen Ami 6 and the Ford Anglia.
Since Dancer was founded, not much has actually been heard of the company. This may be due to the fact that no Dancer has yet been delivered to Western Europe.
Now the Lithuanian bus builder reports an order for ten battery buses from Klaipeda, the city where the buses are also built.
