As part of the leading trade fair for public mobility mobility move ’25 in Berlin, Munich-based ARTHUR Holding GmbH announces that it is strengthening its team with Martin Lischka as Managing Director.
With his extensive experience in the field of electromobility and sustainable H2 technologies, having previously worked for e-mobility specialists and innovative companies such as Pininfarina, Quantron and Audi AG, Lischka will continue to drive forward ARTHUR’s ambitious growth strategy. The aim is to further expand the position of the company with its German and Polish ARTHUR BUS subsidiaries within the Mey Group as a leading tech player in the international hydrogen bus segment.
‘We are convinced that Martin Lischka, with his strategic foresight and expertise in the mobility industry, is exactly the right man to lead ARTHUR into the future,’ explains Gerhard Mey, main shareholder of ARTHUR Holding and ARTHUR BUS GmbH. ‘He will drive forward our vision of establishing innovative hydrogen solutions not only for bus transport, but also for the entire associated H2 technology and infrastructure for Germany and beyond. With our activities here, we want to set an example for ‘Made in Germany’.
Martin Lischka has many years of experience in the strategic management and scaling of companies and international brands in the field of emission-free mobility. His focus will be on taking ARTHUR and its companies to the next level as pioneers in the hydrogen bus market and driving forward industrialisation in the German and international market with pioneering technologies for the sustainable transformation of the transport sector.
‘I look forward to working with our world-class team to establish the ARTHUR Group as a key player in the zero-emission segment for buses and as a leading 360° platform for sustainable hydrogen technologies,’ says Lischka. “Our mission is to build an efficient and future-proof hydrogen infrastructure and thus significantly advance zero-emission transport – from Germany, for Europe and globally. The annual market demand in the EU+EFTA alone is over 40,000 buses, with double-digit percentage growth in the field of electrification and hydrogen. ARTHUR Bus will actively contribute to this development in the coming years.”
ARTHUR Holding GmbH, part of the Mey Group, focuses on innovative hydrogen technologies for local public transport with its investments in ARTHUR BUS GmbH and ARTHUR BUS Sp. z o.o. and was founded by Gerhard Mey and Philipp Glonner in 2021.
