Arverio will be the new brand following the takeover of Go-Ahead Verkehrsgesellschaft Deutschland GmbH by ÖBB-Personenverkehr AG. With the new brand identity, the company will now operate under the name Arverio Deutschland GmbH with its subsidiaries in Baden-Württemberg (Arverio Baden-Württemberg GmbH) and Bavaria (Arverio Bayern GmbH).
“Your path is our goal“
In addition to the new name, the logo is also being redesigned. Under the claim ‘Your journey is our destination’, Arverio puts passengers and employees at the centre. Together with its strong partner ÖBB, the aim is to offer more than just comfortable and sustainable local transport with a strong service – Arverio wants to be the best choice for passengers, employees and clients. This will be supported by ÖBB as a partner and the core values of solidarity, enthusiasm, diversity and co-design, which are lived both internally and externally.

The comprehensive rebranding, i.e. the change from the previous to the new name, will start immediately in all areas of the company and is expected to be fully completed by the beginning of 2025. The vehicles will retain their original design as well as the regional colours blue and yellow, even if the logo is changed.
On track independently under a new name
Even with the new brand identity, one thing remains clear: as part of ÖBB, Arverio will be a market-oriented and independent railway transport company (RU) in southern Germany. This means that contact with the clients (i.e. Bayerische Eisenbahngesellschaft and the Ministry of Transport of Baden-Württemberg) will continue to come directly from Arverio. There will be no changes in the daily realisation of operational traffic. Arverio offers ÖBB the ideal opportunity for market entry and possible growth in southern Germany.

Sabine Stock, Member of the Management Board of ÖBB-Personenverkehr AG: “I am delighted that we have now reached the next milestone in our collaboration. The new brand identity, especially the new company name Arverio, is a visible sign of our partnership – both externally and internally. Even if the corporate structure does not change, it is important for us to show that Arverio is part of ÖBB and that we each benefit from the expertise of the other.”
Fabian Amini, CEO Arverio: “We are delighted with the development and are happy to work on publicising the new name. We are happy to have ÖBB as a strong partner at our side.”
