Alstom and Bombardier confirm receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals to complete Bombardier Transportation sale to Alstom.
The two companies announced on 1 December that all necessary regulatory approvals required to complete the sale of Bombardier Transportation to Alstom have been received.
The acquisition was subject to certain conditions imposed by the European Commission, which we have already reported on here:
