HEAG mobilo managing director Bettina Clüsserath in top position in diversity ranking

Charter of Diversity

In 2016, the project group “Diversity Management” was set up at HEAG mobilo to bring the issue of diversity to the workforce. In the same year, HEAG mobilo signed the so-called “Diversity Charter”, which aims to raise awareness of the similarities and differences within the company on the basis of the six dimensions of a personality (age, gender, sexual orientation, religion/belief, disability, ethnic origin/nationality). People from over 30 nations work together in the HEAG mobilo transport group. The Darmstadt mobility service provider is committed to an appreciative and unprejudiced working environment and resolutely opposes conscious and unconscious discrimination. Internally, the company sensitises its employees with campaigns such as the Diversity Calendar, which provides regular information about public holidays and other important dates for a wide range of different groups of people. Cultural diversity is also taken into account at employee festivals. Externally, the commitment to diversity and against discrimination is made clear on Christopher Street Day. In August of this year, HEAG mobilo virtually raised the rainbow flag on its social media sites, with a very positive response.
