The 40,000th IVECO Crossway | IVECO Press
The 40,000th IVECO „Crossway“ model left IVECO’s Vysoke Myto plant in the Czech Republic on 13 August 2019, round about 10 years after the start of production of the first vehicles. It is a “Crossway 15 LE“ equipped with a Cursor 9 engine, 3 axles and 14.5m in length. It offers easy wheelchair access thanks to its front and middle door and it is part of a delivery of 15 buses to Arriva Ceska Republika, which is (still) part of German Deutsche Bahn group.
The most important regional markets for the “Crossway” are France, Germany, Italy and some Eastern European countries. In Germnay, Deutsche Bahn and its subsidiaries have already more than 1,000 “Crossways” in service.
