Following the success of ZEB in 2023, ZEB 2025 will be again in Brussels alongside Busworld Europe, which is the largest bus and coach B2B event in the world and attracted more than 40,000 visitors in 2023. ZEB has seen impressive growth, with the 2023 edition attracting a record of 430 attendees. As the zero emission bus sector continues to expand, ZEB 2025 promises even greater opportunities for networking, collaboration and showcasing the latest innovations in clean transport solutions.
Organized by ERM and Busworld Foundation, the ZEB conference will be held for two and a half days from 7 to 9 October 2025 – some new additions are being implemented based on feedback from ZEB 2023.
12 breakout and plenary sessions will open discussions on various topics such as real-world performance of battery electric and fuel cell buses, depot energy management, charging opportunities and grid challenges, technology and telematics, innovative business models and evolution of CAPEX/OPEX, market trends and policy support and more.
Industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators – no matter if involved in policy, technology, or urban planning – will dive into the latest breakthroughs in electric and hydrogen-powered buses, cutting-edge battery technology, and smart charging infrastructure. Participants will discover how cities around Europe and the world are revolutionising public and private transit to meet climate goals, and what’s next for zero emission mobility.

Industry leaders, political bodies and transport operators and authorities will tackle key topics and challenges during plenary sessions, breakouts and rapid-fire Q&As with the ZEB audience. An official networking dinner (attended by over 200 participants during the last edition in 2023) is expected to be a key moment of the ZEB conference and the overall Busworld exhibition. Participants of the ZEB 2025 are also invited to attend the dedicated ZEB’s Busworld Tour.
