Rudi Kuchta has been in charge of international bus sales for the MAN and NEOPLAN brands since 2008. The bus expert previously held various management positions in the export sector at NEOPLAN before he built up the business with the two brands MAN and NEOPLAN as Managing Director of the NEOMAN bus organisation in France. With Kuchta at the helm of bus sales, MAN Truck & Bus can look back on a successful development in sales and market share in the bus sector. For example, the number of vehicles sold has increased by around 45 percent over the last four years.

In his new position as Head of Bus Production, Münür Yavuz, who has been CEO of MAN Türkiye A.Ş. since 2009, has now assumed responsibility for the bus plants in Poland and South Africa as well as for central functions within Bus Production in addition to the Ankara plant. He is thus responsible for bus production, logistics and quality. After studying mechanical engineering, Yavuz worked for various automobile and commercial vehicle manufacturers before joining MAN Türkiye A.Ş. as CEO and plant manager. Under his leadership, the number of buses produced there has more than doubled in the past ten years.
