
105 years old tramcar no. 1750 Ralf Wittenberg
Tramways are a vital part of Brussels for 150 years now. The current public transport operator in the Belgian capital – MIVB / STIB – took the opportunity and organized a tramway festival with various different activities during the first week of May. It attracted many local, tourists and, not least, numerous tramway enthusiast from near and far.
Definitely one of the highlights was a street parade with vehicles of all types and ages. MIVB / STIB organized the parade in cooperation with many enthusiasts and volunteers. It took place on 1 May 2019.
